Moringa Capsules – Natural Antioxidants - 60 Capsules
Natural Moringa Leaf Wellness • Antioxidant Support
Discover the nutritional heritage of Moringa oleifera, often valued as a nutrient-rich botanical and traditionally used as part of everyday wellness practices.
Sri Sri Udyog Moringa Capsules provide Moringa in a convenient capsule format, making it easy to incorporate this botanical into a daily wellness routine.
Scientific research has investigated Moringa leaves for their antioxidant properties and effects on markers associated with oxidative stress. In a randomized crossover study involving healthy volunteers, consumption of 500 mg of Moringa oleifera leaf extract acutely increased measured plasma antioxidant capacity (FRAP and TEAC) and reduced the oxidative-stress marker MDA at several time points. (PubMed)
A separate double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study in people with prediabetes examined 2,400 mg/day of Moringa dry leaf powder for 12 weeks and reported favorable changes in fasting blood glucose and HbA1c compared with placebo. These findings apply to the specific study population and dose and should not be interpreted as clinical results for this product. (PubMed)

The Science Behind Moringa
Antioxidant Research
A randomized crossover study published in the Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine evaluated Moringa leaf extract in healthy volunteers.
Participants received 500 mg of dried Moringa leaf extract, with blood samples collected at 0, 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
Researchers measured:
FRAP — Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma
A measure of antioxidant capacity.
TEAC — Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity
Another measure of antioxidant capacity.
MDA — Malondialdehyde
A marker associated with lipid oxidative damage.
After Moringa consumption, the study reported:
FRAP ↑
Approximately 30 μmol/L FeSO₄ equivalents increase after 30 minutes.
TEAC ↑
Approximately 0.18 μmol/L Trolox equivalents increase after 30 minutes.
MDA ↓
MDA levels were significantly lower from baseline at 30, 60 and 90 minutes.
The researchers also reported an inverse relationship between FRAP and MDA following Moringa consumption. (PubMed)
In simple terms: the study observed an increase in measured antioxidant capacity together with a reduction in an oxidative-stress marker following consumption of Moringa leaf extract.
Moringa & Metabolic Research
Moringa has also been investigated in controlled human studies examining metabolic markers.
In a 12-week, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, 65 people with prediabetes received either Moringa dry leaf powder (2,400 mg/day) or placebo. The study reported significant differences between groups in the change in fasting blood glucose and HbA1c, with these markers decreasing in the Moringa group and increasing in the placebo group. (PubMed)
However, this study used 2,400 mg/day of Moringa leaf powder in people with prediabetes. Therefore, its results should not be presented as proof that a particular Sri Sri Udyog capsule dosage produces the same effect.
Ingredients
Moringa Leaf Extract / Moringa (Moringa oleifera)

I have deliberately left the Moringa quantity blank because you haven't given me the actual amount per capsule. I would not recommend copying the 500 mg or 2,400 mg research doses into your ingredient panel unless your formulation actually contains those quantities.
